StarTV wants to do a profile on me!

I just got a call from my agent that StarTV wants to do a profile on me, in conjunction with the airing of Plague City! How coooool is that? I'm so excited! Luckily the timing has worked out and they're available on my day off of my Miss Saigon rehearsals. So, I'll be meeting with them on Monday. This is so exciting. I'm a little nervous, but mostly excited.

So busy!

Wow!!! I just saw a commercial for Plague City! It was the first one I've seen, and it looked pretty good! I am so excited to see the movie, and the countdown has begun. Just under 3 weeks to go. It's been quite a busy time for me - rehearsals for Miss Saigon started just last week. We have Monday's off, so I was back to work at my "day job" today. It wasn't too bad. I had lots to do, with a week's worth of work piling up for me. But it made the day go by super fast. Plus, I had to leave early, because I had to go tape an audition for Toronto! I actually auditioned for the same TV show last month, for one of the supporting characters. I never heard anything back, so put it out of my mind. But then, last Thursday, I got word that they want to audition me for the lead of the show! How exciting! So I made the tape today, and my agent will send it off to TO.

Rehearsals have been going really well for Miss Saigon. We started last Tuesday, and ran all of Act 1 yesterday! Tomorrow we're finishing up blocking Act 2, and then we're going to run it. Then, at the end of this week, we're into the theatre. It's been a great experience so far... great to work with some people I've done shows with in the past, and so much fun to meet and work with new faces.
